Welcome to Azusa Pacific Men's Basketball, and thank you for your interest in becoming a Cougar!

Azusa Pacific University is an evangelical Christian liberal arts university with an undergraduate student body of over 2,500 students. The university is located in Azusa, California, in the Los Angeles area, about 20 miles east of Pasadena against the San Gabriel Mountains.

Azusa Pacific plays NCAA Division II men's basketball and competes in the Pacific West Conference.

Since becoming eligible for NCAA postseason competition, the Cougars have reached the post season 6 times (2014-15, 2015-2016, 2017-18, 2019-20, 2021-22, 2022-23) in 8 years, including a West Region title and Elite Eight appearance in 2015. Prior to NCAA membership, five Cougar teams (1998, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2010) reached the NAIA Fab Four, appearing twice in the national title game (2005, 2010).

More than 40 Azusa Pacific Basketball players have gone on to play professionally.
