Florida State University Football Youth Clinic Registration

This system provides students, 2nd through 8th Grade, the ability to register for Florida State University Football Youth Clinic. Due to NCAA Guidelines we are not able to interact with students/recruits grad years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, nor are we able to have contact/interaction with high school coaches, or any individual associated with prospects.

How to Register

Registration will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete, and it must be completed in full by a parent/guardian for each youth camp participant. Students may only participate in one youth clinic. Please do not register for more than one clinic.

  1. Fill out all asterisked (*) information including participant name, date of birth, address, emergency contact information and which clinic
  2. Complete the required waivers and medical forms (Two to Three forms total)
  3. After you submit the application, you will see a confirmation popup. There will not be a confirmation email.
  4. Please be sure to check your email, all correspondence regarding the clinic will be communicated through email
  5. If you are unable to register online, you may register in person.

COVID 19 Policies & Procedures

We are closely monitoring guidance from local, state, and federal health authorities regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on various communities. In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, Florida State University Football Staff will continue to promote recommended practices to keep participants and staff safe.

 

The guidelines set forth include required safety measures that Florida State University Football is implementing and all must comply with in order to participate in youth clinic activities. It is important that you, the guardian, and your child, the participant, understand and abide by these conditions before engaging in the youth clinic.

 

Guidelines

  • Participants & Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath) will be required to stay home and not engage in youth clinic activities
  • Participants & Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared will be required to stay home and not engage in youth clinic activities
  • Participants & Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days will be required to stay home and not engage in youth clinic activities
  • Participants & Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days will be required to stay home and not engage in youth clinic activities
  • Adults 65 years and older and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are strongly encouraged to avoid crowd
  • Participants, Guests & Staff will have to wear a mask in the check in area (Guardians/participants are responsible for getting their own mask)
  • Participants must have their own water bottle. Players are not permitted to share water bottles
  • Practice field will be limited to just the coaches and players. Spectators need to remain away from the field and socially distanced
  • When there is a lightning delay, all participants and staff shall leave the facility and seek socially distancing safe shelter in their vehicles

 

As a reminder, the following measures are recommended to help prevent the spread of viruses, including the coronavirus:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
