COMPLIMENTARY TICKET REQUESTS

FOR UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI MEN'S BASKETBALL ALUMNI

Welcome to the Ticket Request System for University of Miami Men's Basketball Alumni. UM's Complimentary Ticket Program and Ticket Request System for Former Players is sport-specific. This website is for use by Former UM Men's Basketball Players only, who may request tickets for only UM Men's Regular Season Home Basketball games played at the on-campus Watsco Center.

The Ticket Request System enables a Former Basketball Player to request one (1) complimentary Home Game ticket for himself and one (1) ticket for a Qualified Guest to attend the game with the Former Player. Former Players must request tickets for each game they would like to attend by the deadlines shown below, and may not request a Guest Ticket for a game unless they will be attending the game with their Guest.

Former Players must request ticket(s) for each game they would like to attend by the deadlines shown below. Former Players may not request a Guest Ticket for a game unless they will be attending the game with their Guest. Our Complimentary Ticket Program for Men’s Basketball Alumni is available only for Home Regular Season Games played at the Watsco Center.

The Comp Ticket Program applies only to regular season home games played in the Watsco Center. Away/Neutral Site/Tournament games are NOT eligible for Complimentary Tickets. If you would like to purchase tickets to Away/Neutral Site/Tournament games, please contact us as far in advance as possible (weeks, not days), and if tickets are available for purchase, we will do our best to facilitate your purchase. Always remember that you can check the website of the host team for unsold tickets, too …many have found this to be the fastest and easiest route to getting a ticket.

PLEASE NOTE:  Submitting a Ticket Request does not guarantee tickets. MBB Alumni are encouraged to get their requests in early to avoid disappointment. Due to record ticket sales, Complimentary Tickets available to Men's Basketball Alumni are limited in number and subject to availability and prior request, especially for all ACC games. MBB Alumni are encouraged to get their requests in early to avoid disappointment. Since tickets are limited, we ask that you only request tickets if you are able to attend the game. If your plans change, please notify our office as soon as possible so we may re-issue/offer those tickets to another MBB Alumnus.

HIGH SCHOOL/YOUTH LEAGUE COACHES

Per NCAA Rules, the Former Player and/or his Guest may not be a High School Coach, teacher or administrator, and may not be a Youth League Coach of Prospect Age Players as prospect age is defined by the NCAA, Grades 9-12, and the Former Player's Guest also may not be of Prospect Age. High School Coaches or Youth League Coaches requesting tickets should contact Monica Mengotti, Coordinator of Basketball Operations, by phone at 305-284-2680, or by e-mail at m.mengotti@miami.edu.

GUEST CHANGES

After submitting a Ticket Request, if a Former Player wishes to request a Guest Change, he must e-mail Assistant Director, Athletic Alumni Programs Jessica Green at jessica.green@miami.edu regarding the Guest Change. Guest Changes must be submitted by the deadline and must be approved by and confirmed by UM.

SUBMITTING TICKET REQUESTS

After filling in all required information, please select "Submit Request." In doing so, the Former Player consents that (i) this represents his electronic signature, (ii) all information is accurate, and (iii) that the Former Player and his Guest agree to abide by NCAA, ACC, UM, and Watsco Center rules and regulations.

Please make sure ALL boxes on the Ticket Request Information form have been properly filled in BEFORE hitting "Submit Request." If all requested information has been filled in, the Former Player will receive a "Request Successfully Submitted" pop-up immediately following his submission. Please look for the pop-up message that confirms only that the Ticket Request/Guest Change has been successfully submitted.

Ticket Requests/Guest Changes that are accepted by the University of Miami, in its sole discretion, will be sent a Confirmation of Ticket Request e-mail from the University.

While we are always happy to assist our MBB Alumni, please do not miss the Ticket Request Deadlines. They are absolute and we cannot get access to the system to assist you after the deadline has passed. The Ticket Request System shuts down at the deadline, and no additions or changes can be made after the deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: If a Former Player submits a Ticket Request after all available Men's Basketball Alumni tickets have been allocated, he will be notified by e-mail and his name placed on a Wait List should additional tickets become available.

The UM Former Athlete Complimentary Ticket Program is a privilege and not a right, extended to UM Former Players in good standing. It may be amended or revoked at any time at UM's sole discretion.
