The 2019 season is quickly approaching and Coach Manny Diaz embarks on his first campaign as the Hurricanes Head Coach with urgency in the current team living up to the standards set by Former Players. Coach Diaz and another strong defense are joined by an all-new offensive coaching staff that has energized the entire U Family with "The New Miami." The magnificent Carol Soffer Indoor Practice Facility is fully operational, and many of our legendary Football Alumni are featured in magnificent displays inside the state-of-the-art building. We will host the 30-Year Reunion of Coach Dennis Erickson and the 1989 Football National Champions, game TBA. We have a BIG year ahead and look forward to your participation on game day and at our events.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKET PROGRAM: For the sixth season, we are using this Jump Forward website for FB Alumni to Request Tickets to regular season home games, subject to Comp Ticket Policies and ticket availability. The website goes live to begin accepting requests starting at 9:00 p.m. ET the Sunday evening of home game weeks, and the site automatically shuts down at 5:00 p.m. ET on the Thursday of home game weeks, or sooner if the ticket cap for that game has been reached (except for Virginia on Friday, Oct 11, when the website shuts down at 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct 9).
As always, please do not enter the website before 9:00 p.m. ET on the Sunday evening of home game weeks – the site does not go live until 9:00 p.m. If you are there early, the website will not allow you to submit your ticket request – you will need to refresh the page or enter the website address again. You may request 1 ticket for yourself and 1 ticket for your qualified guest for home games.
Please note that we do not send out an invitation or a reminder to sign up for your comp tickets each home game week – FB Alumni should know that the website is open each home game week for Former Players to make Ticket Requests. Do not wait to request your tickets… please set a reminder or make a note and request your tickets when the website opens.
WHO MAY NOT REQUEST A COMPLIMENTARY TICKET USING THIS WEBSITE: By NCAA rules, neither you nor your guest can be a current high school or youth league coach of H.S.-age players (grades 9-12) – the rule applies to H.S./Youth coaches of any sport, either paid or volunteer, and to high school teachers and administrators. Your guest also cannot be of H.S. age/Prospect age (grades 9-12). Please contact us if there are any questions.
HIGH SCHOOL/YOUTH LEAGUE COACHES: Per NCAA rules, all high school or youth league coaches of H.S.-age players (grades 9-12) must request tickets through our Football Office – the rule applies to H.S./Youth coaches of any sport, either paid or volunteer. PLEASE NOTE that the FB Office ticket request website has shorter hours than our FB Alumni website; the FB Office site opens at 8:00 a.m. ET the Monday before each home game, and closes at 12 Noon ET on Wednesday, or sooner if all tickets have been taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS CANNOT BE PAIRED UP W/PURCHASED TICKETS: Due to increased season ticket sales, we will no longer be able to pair up complimentary tickets with tickets purchased inside the stadium. If you wish to sit outside the Hall of Champions with additional guests, you will need to purchase all the tickets needed in regular seating sections.
PARKING: Call 1-800-GO-CANES to purchase parking. There are only yellow lot parking permits available, as the renovations to the stadium reduced the amount of parking for sale. We strongly encourage FB Alumni to purchase parking in advance to improve their game day experience. HALL OF CHAMPIONS SEATING: Former Players and guests should check-in ASAP when check-in opens at Gate E, as Hall of Champions seating is limited and is always on a first-come, first served basis. Once all 215+ seats have been claimed, the Hall of Champions becomes Standing Room-Only and FB Alumni acknowledge this when requesting tickets – that there are no guaranteed seats in the Hall of Champions. Please check-in early on game day.

The Ticket Request website shuts down at 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursdays of Home Game week, or shuts down sooner if the cap for that game has been reached. For Virginia, the site will shut down at 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct 9 due to the short week/Friday night game. Please get your Virginia ticket requests in early.
