Ticket requests must be submitted no later than 5 pm (EST) on the Wednesday prior to each Home game

By Thursday at 12:00 PM (EST) of game week, you will be notified by email whether we will be able to accommodate your ticket request. If selected to receive tickets, the email will include instructions on how to claim your tickets.

Entrance to Neyland Stadium may be accessed via Gate 21A ONE hour prior to kickoff.

High School coach ticket pickup closes TWENTY minutes prior to kickoff.

Driver's license AND high school coaching association membership or school photo ID are required to pick up your tickets on game day. If you do not have a high school coaching association membership card or school photo ID, a letter on school letterhead, signed by the principal, statting the school, sport coaches, and dates employed will be accepted.

Only football coach requests will be accepted

You and your one guest must enter the stadium once you have signed.

Only the person whose name is listed will be allowed to pick up the tickets.

You cannot have more than 2 tickets or pick up another coach’s ticket.

You cannot reserve tickets for other coaches, nor leave them at gate for pick-up.

Everyone, regardless of their age, must have a ticket into the game, EVEN INFANTS.

H.S. Coach seats are in a different section that prospect seats. If you plan to attend the game with a prospect and want to sit with him, please be sure to have the prospect list you as a gusest as opposed to submitting a H.S. Coach ticket request.

Apparel from other schools WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. If you are seen wearing opposing school apparel we have the right to turn you away at the gate. If you are seen wearing opposing school apparel after entering, you will lose your ticket privileges for the season.
