We are so excited to welcome you back to UD Arena for the 2022-2023 Women's Basketball Season!
We are changing the request process a bit this year for groups:
1. Group leader: MUST click on the link and requst tickets for the game you plan to attend
- You must enter a mobile phone number or email for the group leader at a minimum. Email is preferred. Guest phone number must also be included if available. If they do not have a phone then please include the group leader number under their names.
- All guests need at least a first and last name included
-The cutoff time to request tickets is 3pm the day before each game. The tickets will not be distributed until after this window is closed.
2. All tickets will be sent to the group leader email or phone number (whichever is provided) prior to each game. If a guest phone number is included they will be sent to it as well.
- You will need to follow the steps sent to create your My Flyer Account and access your tickets. Or click on the link in the text message.
- Once you login to your account then the tickets you requested should appear. They will not be sent until after the ticket window has closed the day before the game after 3pm.
- Save all tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone if you have this capability prior to the game
- If you are with a group you must include the name of the group. Tickets can ONLY be requested for those affiliated with the group
3. On Game Day: You will be able to enter any door of the arena and show your digital tickets for entry
- You will no longer need to enter through the Player Pass Gate like previous seasons
Any questions please contact the University of Dayton Ticket Office at 937-229-4433 Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. You can also stop into the Ticket Office during these hours and they can walk you through the steps in person.
