On behalf of North Shore Fast Camp and Lake Forest College Head football coach Jim Catanzaro, we look forward to seeing on campus on Saturday. We know that this will be one of the best camps you experience during the summer.

As you prepare for camp keep in mind a few things:

Registration and testing lasts from 12pm-2pm. We WILL NOT open registration early. Testing takes about half an hour. You are allowed to opt out of any of the tests except for height and weight. Drill work will begin promptly with a full camp warm up at 2pm. We do this warm up so that all coaches can watch you do some form running.

1. All athletes will be required to wear the camp tee shirt with your camp number on it for all parts of the camp.

2. All offensive and defensive lineman need to bring shoulder pads and helmets for their drill work. (Michigan players WILL NOT wear equipment- to comply with state regulations.) All other athletes WILL NOT wear pads or helmets at the camp.

3. You will receive over 200 reps during the course of the day. Please make sure that you arrive hydrated and ready for camp!

We have 28 Colleges/Universities already confirmed and expect a few more to be there this weekend.

Please make sure that you have the waiver form filled out and brought with you. We have attached a copy for your convenience.

We look forward to seeing you.
