Ohio State MVB BJNC Info.pdf Dear Barbara, On behalf of the Ohio State mens volleyball program, we would like to welcome you to Columbus! We wanted to use this opportunity to pass along an electronic flyer (see attached) with multiple links to information on Ohio State & the City of Columbus. In addition, we wanted to update everyone on important NCAA rules with regard to campus tours. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CAMPUS TOURS & NCAA RULES: With Junior Nationals just a quick 7 minute drive from campus, we have received a high interest in campus tours. Wed love to facilitate each request but due to NCAA rules, we can only lead a tour for a prospective student athlete (and/ or family) once they have completed the tournament.
If one of your teams plays in the AM pool on Day 3 and wants to tour campus and our facilities in the PM, we will not be able to facilitate that until after they finish the tournament the following day.
With a small window to visit for each age group, wed like to encourage coaches to request a potential visit time sooner rather than later to ensure we can accommodate. As a reminder, we cannot respond to 2019 or 2020 high school graduates or their families.
We hope we can show everyone around campus and our facilities that wants to see it but we understand if the restrictions prevent that. If that is the case, your teams are permitted to visit campus on their own or through an admissions tour. They can register by clicking the Campus Tours icon at the top right of the attached flyer. Groups of 5 or less start by clicking the Admissions Overview and Tour link in the bottom left corner. Groups of 10 or more start by clicking Request a Group Tour in the top right corner.
