Cal Poly looks to develop players based on maximizing technical ability, helping players transition to the speed of play and decision-making of playing college soccer, the ability to provide the physical and mental elements of being an elite soccer player. On our current roster, 10 players are former camp attendees, and of our 2016 incoming recruits, 4 of 6 players attended one of our previous ID camps.
