Introduction Section
Presbyterian is a Liberal Arts, co-educational college with approximately 1,300 undergraduates. PC has established itself as a school with a tremendous academic reputation, strong athletics and a beautiful campus. PC was voted the #1 Liberal Arts College in the United States in the Washington Monthly 2007 rankings and #12 overall College in the entire nation in the Best Buy list for better education. These accomplishments are made all the more impressive when you take into account that PC did not take part in the ranking process.

PC is known for sponsoring strong Business, Education, History, Psychology, Political Science and Pre-Engineering programs. Above all however, Presbyterian is strongest in the Sciences, especially Biology and Pre-Medicine. A brand new Biology building was completed in the Fall of 2008, and a Graduate level Pharmacy program was introduced this Fall of 2010. We are one of only two schools in South Carolina that offer the opportunity to partake in a Pharmacy program. As you can see the quality of education you will receive at PC is without question one of the best.

On the soccer field, we are completing our fourth transitional year (from Division II) in the Big South Conference of NCAA Division I, but also play teams from conferences like the ACC, SOCON, CAA, Big East, Conference USA, and Atlantic Sun. This is the second divisional transfer in program history with the first being from NAIA to NCAA Division II in the early nineties. We have been successful in these previous divisions, winning several conference championships and reaching the NCAA tournament. We fully expect us to do the same at the Division I level in the near future!
